Water Treatment

LPV-7000 Liquid Phase Media Vessel

Global Environmental’s LPV-7000 Series Vessels are designed for groundwater or wastewater remediation where moderate to high flow volumes are expected. These vessels can be configured in series and/or parallel, using a range of treatment media to create a custom setup tailored to handle the most challenging wastewater conditions.

The system configuration and number of vessels required will be determined by Global’s EGLE-certified industrial stormwater operators, based on site conditions, the proposed flow rate, and the type of contamination. Depending on treatment needs, granular activated carbon can be replaced with alternative media, such as impregnated organoclay, resin, or sand.

Each LPV-7000 vessel is designed to hold 7,000 lbs of granular activated carbon, providing 7.5 minutes of empty-bed contact time at 475 gallons per minute (assuming two vessels in a lead/lag configuration). The vessels come equipped with 6” inlet/outlet connections, pressure gauges, sample ports, and a drain valve to ensure proper operation and maintenance.

Bed volume per vessel: 7,000 lbs
Inlet/outlet size: 6" Male Cam-Lock
Vessel type: Liquid Phase Media Vessel
